HHR-Consulting Group has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, development, training and inspection field.
Patrick D. Herman (Consultant/Founder)
- Attended Flagler College, located in St. Augustine, Florida and majored in Business Administration - Concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics.
- Early in his career - Patrick spent time with INROADS, Barnett Bank, Bank of America, KINKOS, KMART as a Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist and Regional capacities.
- As his career continued to grow, he pursued and completed certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), elevated that to Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
- Later in his career - Patrick expanded his industries to include start-ups, government entities, engineering firms, mining companies, Fortune 500, Fortune 100 and other large billion dollar corporations.
- Patrick has been able to apply his diverse and vast Recruiting and Human Resources knowledge, experience and skills in industries both in the United States and internationally.
Heather R. Lesikar (Consultant/Founder)
- Attended Shepherd University, located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and majored in Physical Education, Teaching and Coaching.
- Early in her career - Heather spent time in early child education as she tried to find the right teaching niche to apply her skills
- She expanded her education focus, transitioning to Secondary Education - specifically High School Physical Education (PE) and HOPE.
- Heather has spend more than 25 years of teaching, coaching, curriculum development, managing and motivation all types of learner
- She is a great problem solver and is excited to work with you.
