Consultant | Founder

Patrick is a seasoned HR professional with a strong foundation in business and a passion for talent development. He earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.

Early in his career, Patrick held key roles with organizations such as INROADS, Barnett Bank, Bank of America, KINKO’S, and KMART — gaining valuable experience in recruiting, HR generalist functions, and regional leadership.

As his career evolved, he earned several prestigious HR certifications:

Patrick has since applied his deep knowledge across a broad range of industries — including mining, engineering, government, and multi-national corporations — offering both domestic and international consulting. His expertise lies in aligning talent strategy with business goals, fostering compliance, and driving organizational performance through people.

Consultant | Founder

Heather brings over 25 years of leadership in education, coaching, and program development. A graduate of Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, she holds a degree in Physical Education with a focus on Teaching and Coaching.

She began her career in early childhood education before transitioning into Secondary Education, where she made a lasting impact as a high school Physical Education and HOPE instructor. Throughout her career, Heather has:

• Developed and implemented diverse curricula
   
• Coached and mentored students and staff
   
• Managed complex classroom and athletic programs
   
• Led initiatives to engage and motivate a wide range of learners
   

Her strength as a creative problem-solver and passionate motivator enhances every project she touches. Heather is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams perform at their best.
